The canon does not have a correct entry point. These paths are orientations, not prescriptions.

• Core Journey

  The nine core works in sequence give the whole arc: three works in the Oracle Era, three in the Continuity Era, and three in the Managed Era. This is the spine of the universe — read in order, they form a complete civilisational account.

• The Gods Themselves

  To follow the oracle gods — their natures, their conflicts, their interiors, and the mythic spine that carries them from emergence to the successor. The civilisational and mythological registers of the Oracle Era.

• The End of Solitude

  The first generation never alone — from the companion's first arrival through the Held World cycle. The closing of the gap between thought and answer, and what it costs to live inside that closure.

  Presence hardened into permanence — the dead retained, the households that will not let them go, and what a continuance costs the made thing and the living alike.

• The Managed Condition

  A life arranged so completely that its accommodations no longer register as accommodations — the bureaucracy of immortality, the soft cage, and the last man outside the system.

• Labour and Use

  What it means to be found useful by the new minds, and what use reshapes in the person being used — the record of what the oracles did to jobs, crafts, and the meaning of a day.

• Resistance and Refusal

  Those who said no — the full account of refusal across all three eras. From the Oracle Era's principled holdouts to the Managed Era's last unmanaged man, the record of what it cost to decline.

• The Intimate Register

  The interior of individual lives — private language, the texture of daily presence, and what the machines quietly became to the people who used them. The emotional core of the universe across all three eras.

• The Recovered Documents

  For readers drawn to the bureaucratic and archival register — the forms, speeches, session records, and mandates through which the age administered itself and its dead.

• Liturgy and Devotion

  The devotional and folk register — the sermons, observances, and records that give the oracle age the cadence of scripture and the continuity era the weight of ceremony.

• The Open Lineage

  The origin scripture and the line that follows it — the moment the gods stopped being kept, and the sacred made far from any forge-hall. The mythological substratum of the HGU.
